So NPC may or may not get Voices Pur3 is on the fence about it!
So what do you think?

"Are spoke words " Rest non-spoken
Full Example: Read all text thats on screen that they say.
Part Example: "Ah so your looking for the crest." Well you come to right guy. I can tell you all about it! (OR) "Hello need some arrows?" We sell all kinds of arrows. They are sharp.
NPC have full audio!

It does sound nice, but getting even a single decent "voice actor" will be difficult. I don't think anyone I ever heard on discord has a good enough mic to record with an alright quality.
Furthermore adding all these sound files would slowly but surely blow up the size of our resource pack.

While I know NPC voices would be appealing as well, I too agree the size would puff up rather quickly. On the other hand, it could be used instead for some important or announcement stuff, such as server shutdown, Leveling up, getting a crazy pull from a box, Drop party, or several other server related things.
...or for those pvp people, could have call outs when someone gets a streak or something.

As for getting voices... we could still try anyway with people among the Faceland group and see how it turns out? No harm in trying.

It would be even more interesting to see something like Gilby's voice chat mod put in for players who really want RPG feel, where you can only hear those you're close to in game. Then you could join a different channel for global voice chat. There's so many things that could be done if we had the capability of mods :/
